Team orders are customized; therefore, these products cannot be returned or exchanged, unless there is a manufacturer's error or defect.

RETURN OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCT

If, contrary to expectations, an error has occurred in production, do not hesitate to contact us. We will do our absolute best to repair or replace the product in question.

In the event of an error, contact our customer service, who will help you with processing the complaint. It will speed up the processing if you can send photos of the error by email. We are responsible for the possible shipping costs related to the complaint.

If there is an error in the order, we will aim to find a solution to the error that satisfies both parties. A possible error must be reported within a reasonable period of time. If the error is reported within two months, we always consider this to be a reasonable time.

We do not give a guarantee for glitter, lace, mesh and similar fabrics, nor for rhinestones and sequins.

The tolerance of all our uniforms is +/-2 cm.

If the product cannot be repaired, we will replace the product with a new similar product. We do our best to process the complaint as quickly as possible. Since it is a customized product, the time is affected by the nature of the error and its current number of orders.

The complaint must be justified, and it cannot have been caused by misuse of the product or other damage to the product.

CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

Team orders can be canceled or modified within two days of receiving the order confirmation before handing over to production.

Cancellations cannot be made for team orders that are already in production.

Contact customer service if you have any questions. If an already confirmed order is cancelled, the customer is responsible for the costs themselves.
