1. Choose your design

First you need to decide what kind of uniform you would like to have for your team. You can browse through or collections and make your design based on an existing design. You can also design your very own unique look and send some inspiration pictures to our sales consultant. 

Please consider all the fabrics, colors, stones, and logos as well.  

2. Drawing & price 

After hearing your ideas, we will make you a drawing and give you an offer. 

Please note that you get 3 rounds of drawings for free. 

3. Fittings

When you have agreed on a design it is time for fittings. We will send you size sets so everyone at the team can find the right size.

Sizeset service includes all the sizes and shipping. The cost of service is 15 €. 

4. Ready to order

When your drawing and price are comfirmed and fittings has been done, you are ready to order. You need to send back the size sets and your sales consultant will finalize your order.

You will receive order confirmation, which you need to check and approve within 2 days. If there is no response after 2 days, we will consider your order to be approved and move on to production. 

5. Delivery & payment 

Delivery for your new dream uniforms is normally 11 weeks from the order. 

For orders of EUR 3000 or more, 30% of the order amount is pre-invoiced for payment within 5 days. The rest of the order amount is invoiced with 8-day payment terms, calculated from the day of dispatch of your goods. 

For orders under EUR 3000, the order amount is invoiced with an 8-day payment term, calculated from the day of dispatch of your goods. 

PLEASE NOTE, in case of additional orders in a low quantity extra fee might be added to the prices.
